A life in balance is something that many of us strive for and, yet seems to elude us. At just the moment when life feels like its “balancing out,” something happens to throw it off. Some of us continue our pursuit of balance; some throw in the towel; and others never bother with life balance in the first place.
Life balance is not a permanent or absolute state. It’s actually a state of mind where you make continuous small adjustments to achieve fulfillment. It is dynamic and elusive. The good news is that you can become aware of where your life is unbalanced and take steps toward improving it.
This workshop will help you to discover:
1 – how life balance is all about the choices you make.
2 – how to make micro-adjustments that are needed to continually keep moving towards balance and fulfillment.
3 – how to explore current state and desired state, look at the choices you are making identify obstacles that may be preventing you from achieving balance and the resources to help you get there, and set a plan to move toward balance.
Terry Sidford has a varied background that ranges from medical field, sales and marketing, customer service, Pilates instructor and realtor. She is now a trained life coach, writer, workshop facilitator and speaker. Through her business, Create Your Life Coaching, she helps people fulfill their potential and regain their passion in life.
