Change in perspective

Hello all my dear friends and family,

I have had yet another opportunity to see things differently and grow from a challenging situation. My 18 year old son Alex hit a tree snowboarding last week and spent two nights in the hospital with a broken pelvis and ribs, lacerated kidney, partial collapsed lung. I was overwhelmed with the sense of gratitude that he was alive not why did this happen to us. The opportunity was a feeling of appreciation for what I do have and seeing my son in a new moment in time. That this moment was all that mattered. I walked away being more present and with gratitude for everything in my life.  After facing a potential life threatening accident with my son I don’t  sweat the small stuff. Please go out and live life fully and love the people in your life today don’t wait for the right moment to say I love you and appreciate you!!

With gratitude and love,

Terry

Because of what happened to you and your family, I have focused on what I DO have and not what I don’t have. You have inspired me to use my thoughts to power my life. I am thankful and grateful for you and those lessons you have taught me.
You are the best Life Coach there is!
    Thanks, Terry
